As the Leader of the Recognition Solutions business unit, Michael ensures the group manages and designs solutions that impact the performance of people through strategic design and deployment of incentive and recognition solutions for our clients. He has over 18 years in the Incentive and Recognition industry and has worked on 100’s of solutions that drive results.
When Michael is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife of 20+ years, and his children. He also enjoys his kid’s Lacrosse games, kayaking, biking and fishing.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
A veteran of the industry, Donna has more than 25 years of experience helping corporate customers design recognition and incentive solutions that drive performance results. In her current role, Donna leads Sales and Solutions Design, Marketing and Brand Management, and is responsible for the growth and profitability of the Recognition Solutions division.
When she’s not helping clients, Donna spends time with her husband boating, fishing, and generally enjoying the outdoors.
Director, Program Accounts
During her 17 years in the Incentive and Recognition industry, Lisa has helped design and manage hundreds of client programs and accounts. In addition to overseeing all client implementations, Lisa manages a team of Program Managers who are the lynch pin between Summit and our client partners. When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.
